（一）宣传及报名

10月25日—10月29日，全面开展大赛的宣传及报名活动：

a、与宣传部合作，制作宣传板，海报和横幅，在学生宿舍楼及食堂下张贴大量海报。安排相关人员在各研究生楼宿舍楼逐个寝室发放报名表，报名表可制成两面，一面印有赞助方相关信息，一面印报名细则，这样可以一举两得。

b、和各个班级合作，各班组织委员对各班级进行通报，将宣传细化，深入化。

c、开启电话报名方式，报名电话为：

（6）评委评分并点评，主持人宣布比赛成绩和名次。

七、参赛要求

（1）本次比赛演讲稿的内容必须围绕“激扬青春爱与奉献”的主题，结合实际，突出亮点，主题鲜明，积极向上，切忌空谈理论。

（2）参赛语言可采用中文或者英文，采用站立式脱稿演讲。

（3）参赛选手必须在赛前15分钟入场，找相关人员签到。

（4）比赛顺序由抽签决定。

（5）比赛开始后，各参赛选手不得无故退出比赛。

（6）每位选手的演讲时间限定在8分钟内。

八、评分过程

得分才用累计形式，两轮得分累加从高到低依次排列，决出一、二、三等奖。整个评分过程要求校研会同学参加，力求做到公平、公正、公开。

十三、决赛安排：

1、x月x日晚7：00在教x—xx—x进行演讲比赛决赛。决赛每名同学的演讲时间为5分钟。命题演讲结束后，评委对参赛选手进行评分。

2、决赛成绩除去最高分和最低分，剩余评分取平均分，按平均分的高低排出名次。评分取小数点后两位，分数相同者取小数点后3、4、5位。第一位选手演讲完毕，评委现场打分，工作人员统一收集后由统分人员统计，下一位选手继续演讲。第二位选手演讲完毕，主持人公布第一位选手被去掉的最高分和最低分，然后公布最后得分。依次类推。

3、比赛设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名，最佳台风奖和最受欢迎奖。（共七名获奖者）

4.即兴演讲：大屏幕上出现n个关键词（n>选手数），选手按照抽签顺序依次上台挑选关键词，并按照关键词导出的相应题目进行思考和即兴演讲。时间三分钟（思考一分钟+演讲两分钟）。评委进行打分。

5.评委进行总点评。

China is now actively integrating into the world. our recent entry to the wto is a good example. for decades, we have taken pride in being self-reliant, but now we realize the importance of participating in and contributing to a broader economic order. from the precarious role in the world arena to our present wto membership, we have come a long way.

But what does the way ahead look like? in some parts of the world people are demonstrating against globalization. are they justified then, in criticizing the globalizing world? instead of narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor, they say, globalization enables developed nations to swallow the developing nations wealth in debts and interest. globalization, they argue, should be about an earnest interest in every other nations economic health.

We are reminded by karl marx that capital goes beyond national borders and eludes control from any other entity. this has become a reality. multinational corporations are seeking the lowest cost, the largest market, and the most favorable policy. they are often powerful lobbyists in government decision-making, ruthless expansionists in the global market place and a devastating presence to local businesses.

For china, still more challenges exist. how are we going to ensure a smooth transition from the planned economy to a market-based one? how to construct a legal system that is sound enough and broad enough to respond to the needs of a dynamic society? how to maintain our cultural identity in an increasingly homogeneous world? and how to define greatness in our rise as a peace-loving nation? globalization entails questions that concern us all.

Like many young people my age in china, i want to see my country get prosperous and enjoying respect in the international community. but it seems to me that mere patriotism is not just enough. it is vitally important that we young people do more serious thinking and broaden our mind to bigger issues. and, there might never be easy answers to those issues such as globalization, but to take them on and give them honest thinking is the first step to be prepared for both opportunities and challenges coming our way. and this is also one of the thoughts that came to me while preparing this speech. thank you.

有人说，倘若这小个子剃着平头，脑门上只留着一小撮毛，唱上那首“哥哥面前一条弯弯的河，妹妹对面唱着一支甜甜的歌;哥哥心中荡起层层的波，妹妹何时让我渡过你呀……”，那不就是浓缩的精华——潘长江吗?又有人说，这小男人爱笑，一笑又要露出美丽无比的暴牙，那不就是开心鬼撞鬼里的那个开心鬼吗?

兜了半天圈子，说的这个帅哥敢情就是本人，大家不要见笑，郑重申明：这里“帅”是蟋蟀的蟀。

来金盾的第一学期，我听到有学生私下里提及我时称为“那个教电脑的矮老师”，后来这个称呼又渐渐演变成“那个管机房管上网的网管”，再后来，有些学生就直呼我“阿贵——”或“黄——”，或干脆“贵哥——”了，说句实话，我都觉得亲切，也挺受用。当然，我更喜欢大多数学生对我的称呼：黄老师。古人云：“一年之计，莫如树谷;十年之计，莫如树林;终身之计，莫如树人”，塑造灵魂这一神圣的使命让我常常激动不已，我庆幸命运赐给了我这个职业，庆幸金盾给我提供了实现价值的舞台。金盾让我由衷地认同：教师是阳光底下最光辉的职业。

两年了，我在教室及机房里与你们一起学习进步，窗外巍巍青山见证我们的友谊;在操场上，舞台上，竞技场上始终跳跃你们激情洋溢、活力四射的身影，你们让金盾充满生机，也让我感觉自己始终年轻。为防睡觉，插播广告：“今年二十，明年十八;要想皮肤好，早晚有大宝;要想早成材，请到金盾来!”

亲爱的同学们，你们是我的学生，更是我的朋友，尤其是即将走上实习岗位的06级金盾学子，就象学校里的几乎每一台电脑都跟我亲密接触过一样，你们的每一张笑脸都记在我的心中。我与你们一起来到这美丽的校园，在金盾这个温暖的大家庭里一起体验品味了几百个快乐而充实的日子，请把这份美好的记忆好好珍藏。虽然我主频不高，内存不足，硬盘不大，主板不知名，但运转得老实巴交，请将我视为你们永远的朋友——只要看到电脑请想想我。

最后，套用周星星的话，我要说：现在有一份真诚的爱摆在我的面前，我一定会珍惜，免得等到失去的时候才后悔莫及，人世间最痛苦的事莫过于此。

久违的问候，温醇如酒，声声饱含醉人的情意。

各位评委、各位老师、各位朋友：

大家好!我是初中部的张永红。今天我演讲的题目是——《感受“朝阳人”的幸福》。

20__年来朝阳应聘之前，我曾经到省会长沙应聘过。那次考试由长沙市教育局主办，还交了考试费100元。我一位同学在长沙雅礼教书，考场外，我意外地碰到了他，他告诉我，这次考试，主要是为了解决已经在长沙教书的部分老师的编制的，外地的教师参考基本都是陪考，十有八、九要被打掉——那一次应聘参考，让我感受到更深切的是愚弄和欺骗——既然主要是为了解决在职教师编制的，应聘的成员大体已经“内定”好，还要打着面向社会招聘的幌子干嘛?

来朝阳应聘是没有交什么考试费的：笔试一关，刷掉一半;试讲一关，又砍掉一半;最后是面试，只剩下两个，我侥幸在其中。

这一次应聘的经历，让我品尝到了成功的光荣与喜悦——没有愚弄和欺骗，没有人情关照和排挤，只有单纯的公开、公正和公平地竞争——如果说这也算是一种幸福，我想这绝不是属于我个人的幸福，而是我们学校留给每一位成功的应聘者的第一种幸福——试想，在座的老师有哪几位不是凭着骄人的成绩和充足的自信走进来的呢?

什么是幸福?因为“幸”运，才会有“福”：因为幸运，我们才有福相聚朝阳;因为幸运，我们才有福组成一个强大的师资团队，凭着全市三流的生源素质打造出一流的辉煌战绩!

第二、超越障碍，创造奇迹——这是朝阳留给我们每一位工作者的第二种幸福。

20__年的时候，学校小学、初中、高中学生的总人数，只有597人。如今已经发展到了20__多人——对于我们学校而言，这是一种事业的发展和壮大;对于我们教职员工来说，这里面何尝不包含超越障碍的艰难，创造奇迹的荣耀?!

20__年，这是我们曹总经济上最为艰难的一年，也是我校教育事业发展遭遇最为困难的一年。从4月到8月，我校所有老师都领不到工资。天气越来越热，学校却经常被停水、停电;空调照例不开，成了样板摆设;学生打了篮球、踢了足球，进行了各种剧烈运动之后，晚自习时间面临着多种困扰;学生翻围墙外出上网、享受空调，老师坐着摩托车夜晚到处寻人的现象时有发生;而最大的困难却是从根本上动摇了高中部教师队伍的稳定性。

然而，就是在这一年，我校高考创造了奇迹：高三100位应届毕业生，有39位考取重点本科，其中一人录取清华大学;30位考取二本;还有30位上了三本，仅有1人在三本之外。这个上线比率遥遥领先于益阳市一中和箴言中学。作为学校的一员，尽管我们没有教高三，但是面对这样的奇迹，我们“额手称庆”，我们“与有荣焉”。

就是在这一年，我校高中部老师，27个走了22个，其中不少还是学校主要领导干部。学校还办不办，老师们何去何从，学生还招不招?——学校面临重大抉择。

就是在这样的情况下，我们初中和小学部老师在当时的部主任的组织安排下，在暑假期间，分成十多个招生小组，分赴各县乡主动出击，到处开拓招生点，散发资料，也创造了一个奇迹——一个招生的奇迹：除高三、初三毕业离校和流失的学生之外，当年我校学生总人数由原来的597人上升到了848人!

曾经有人笑我：“你们学校高中部老师都走光了，你们还在这里招什么生?”但我们就是招到了学生!

我相信，作为奇迹的每一位创造者，回忆起那一段峥嵘岁月，胸中涌起的更多的一定是一种幸福——创造奇迹的幸福!

20__年与长郡联合办学以后，我校在提升学校品牌、优化生源质量、提高教育教学水平上迈上了一个新的台阶。作为一个教育工作者，我有幸接受了初21班班主任和语文教学工作任务。20__年中考，我们初19——22班这一届创造了我校中考成绩的一次巨大飞跃。而我们初21班的同学也表现不俗：全班总人数36人，有32人上了省级示范性高中录取线，其中益阳市一中上线16人;箴言上线再加8人;还有8人也上了安化一中、二中、益阳市六中、南县一中等省级示范性高中录取线;这个成绩用我们学校领导的话来讲是“辉煌的”。当庆功的礼花在夜空中炸响，当红色的灯笼在校门前高挂，我明白：这样的成绩决不仅仅是我们一个班所有老师的功劳，而是整个年级、整个学校团队共同努力的结果;而作为一个老师，最大的幸福莫过于让我们感受到：学校的发展壮大里，有我们默默付出的辛劳;成功的奖牌上，有我们辛勤的汗水在静静地闪耀!

不必说我们的工资待遇比公办学校高出了多少，也不必说我们的荣誉证书比原来又多了几本，更不必说我们的职称评定比原来又轻易地高了一级，只要是生活在朝阳这一片充满希望的热土上，我们的幸福就注定会熔铸在——奋斗的热泉中，付出的汗水里，闪耀的勋章上。

朋友们，你们感受到了我——作为一个“朝阳人”——工作和生活的幸福了吗?如果有，让我们再携手续写新篇;如果没有，请坚定您的信念——“请乘理想之马，挥鞭从此启程”，因为这里“校园秋色更美，朝阳景象更新”!

大家上午好！

我演讲的题目是“用爱心去解读学生的心”

先给大家讲一个小故事：

在一堂医学课上，老师问同学：“大家想一想，用酒精消毒的时候，什么样的浓度为最好？”学生齐声回答：“当然是越高越好啦！”老师笑着说：“错了，太高浓度的酒精，会使细菌的外壁在极短的时间内迅速凝固，形成一道天然的屏障，后续的酒精就再也杀不进去了，而细菌在壁垒的后面却依然存活着。所以，最有效的浓度，就是将酒精的浓度调的柔和一些，润物细无声地渗透进去，这样的效果才是最好的。”

这虽然只是一则小故事，却第一次让我真切的感受到：柔和，有时候比风暴更有力量。

仔细想想，酒精和细菌的关系，多么像我们老师和学生之间的关系啊！当我们在教育学生的时候，如果采用一种简单、粗暴的方式，或许会在短时间内对学生的心理形成一种震慑。但是，学生情感的大门，也会在瞬间封闭起来。这样的教育，又怎么会具有持久的力量呢？

所以，要问我的教育理想是什么，我会毫不犹豫地回答：“用一颗爱心去解读学生的心，用一种柔和的力量去滋润学生的心”。

当然，这早已不是什么新潮的观点。从夏丐尊的“没有爱就没有教育”，到苏霍姆林斯基的“我把整个心灵献给孩子”。古今中外教育家们的教育思想虽各有不同，但有一点是相通的，那就是：爱的教育。

做为体育教师往往给学生留下的印象是严厉、凶悍、可怕，甚至说到体育老师还有一点点胆怯。我这个体育教师也不例外。然而，新生入学几天后，有一个学生跟我说：“老师，你让我改变了对体育老师的看法”。我说：“为什么呢？”他说；“以前一直认为体育老师都不怎么好，对老师没什么好印象，直到认识了你，我改变了这个想法。”我说：“我怎么好了？能改变你的想法”。他说：“你和蔼，不爱生气，有亲和力，同学们都很喜欢你，有什么心里话和问题都愿意和你说”。聊完后，我们的谈话一直在我头脑里来回游荡，给我留下了许多思考，没想到自己的行为，会对学生产生如此的力量，也许这就是我前面所说的柔和吧，正是因为这种柔和，打开了学生情感的大门。

做为教师的我们更应该抓住这种柔和，将爱化为力量，带领学生打开知识的大门，用我们的真心和智慧的语言去引导他们，也许一个微小的细节就是打开学生心灵的钥匙。一个细微的关怀就能打开学生情感的大门。

素质教育，首先是充满感情的教育，离开了情感，一切教育都无从谈起。

当一个老师经常想：这么有朝气活力的学生，我怎么能不千方百计把他教育好呢？

当一个学生经常想：这么让人感动的老师，我怎么能不好好听从他的教育呢？

那么，我们的教育，就已经露出了成功的曙光。

能融化冰雪的是温柔的春风，

能拂绿大地的是无声的春雨，

能解除愁绪的是善意的微笑，

能开启心门的是真诚的关爱。

所以，我会执著的坚守住自己的教育理想，用一颗爱心去解读学生的心，用一种柔和的力量去滋润学生的心。让每一个从我手里教育出来的学生，都能幸福快乐的成长。

责任，即为自己做的每一件事情负责，尽自己最大的努力做到最好。做的好了固然是好，做的不好了，也要承担起责任。工作不可能全懂，不可能不做错，但是同样的错误不能犯第二次。这就是责任，要对自己负责，要对学生负责。我的责任就是认真完成教学工作，对学生负责，所以只要有着一颗积极热情的心，就一定可以解决任何难题，态度和智慧可以改变一切。而积极热情的态度必然来自于高度的责任感与对工作的无比热爱。

我们作为教育工作者，更要重视保持积极的态度，有人说：积极的人，就象太阳，照到哪里哪里亮，消极的人，象月亮，初一十五不一样。这句话用于形容我们是最恰当不过的了，以前作为一个被教育者，在学习中即使心态消极了，放弃了，最终可能导致的结果也只是一门考试的失败，但是现在，作为一名教育者，教师积极的心态会影响着学生心理的发展，形成健康的心理，这种传导过程对与学生是非常重要的收获，也是作为一名教师所需要具备的。有了积极的心态是并不能保证事事成功、凡事心想事成，但是相反的心理态度则必败无疑，实行消极心态的人必不能成功，从来没有过抱消极态度的人能取得持续的成功。那么如何保持积极上进的心态呢?

首先，要学习一些调节心态的技巧，加强对自身的修养，在工作中实践中了

解自我，更好地控制自我的情绪。严以律己、自身作则，这样才能更加有效的管理好自己的情绪。遇到困难，反对急躁消极的情绪，保持冷静心，平常心，心平气和、实事求是地看待问题，对所要做的事情要深思熟虑，提前做好预测和计划工作，找出完成工作的最佳方案和具体办法。克制自己的情绪是一种美德，要能抵挡因命运的冲击而产生的情绪波动，不可沦为激情的奴隶。在教育过程，克制自己的愤怒是积极心态的最重要的一点，因为愤怒时人们会变得毫无宽恕能力，甚至不可理喻，失去理智，对于学生和自己都将产生不可估计的后果。目前教师违反师德的现象，绝大多数是由于愤怒而来，因为学生太不像话，教师忍无可忍。所以积极心态的培养，必将极大促进优良师德的形成。

另外，我们还要胸怀感激之心。感激伤害你的人，因为他磨练了你的心志;感激绊倒你的人，因为他强化了你的双腿;感激欺骗你的人，因为他增进了你的智慧;感激蔑视你的人，因为他醒觉了你的自尊;感激遗弃你的人，因为他教会了你该独立;感激你的亲朋好友，因为他们时刻在关爱着你。作为教师，我认为同时要感激学生，因为是他们使我的工作显得重要;感激学校，因为有它才使我有用武之地;感激同事，因为是他们才使我工作的更出色;感激学生家长，因为他们是我的衣食父母;感激家人，因为他们使我生活更快乐。凡事感激，感激周围一切的人和事。感激必定使我们心态积极、心情舒畅、家庭和睦、身体健康、事业有成。

不积跬步，无以至千里;不积小流，无以成江海。工作，需要一份默默的坚持，还有一份对工作和生活积极的态度。敬业，是一种道德的光辉所在，是一种对自己生存形态的关注与升华。一个连自己的职业都不能付出全部的责任心的人，成功是无从谈起的。只有踏踏实实的做好每一天的工作，保持积极乐观的心态，我才无愧于自己的岗位与人生。
