Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame.

I have a lot of dreamstoo. When I was a young girl I dreamed of becoming a scientist like Hua Imogen in future. However I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal.

After graduating from college I found a job as a teacher. Although I was very busy with teaching I never gave up my goal.

I read a lot of books to get more knowledge. I made experiments to practise and apply what I had learnt from the books. Sometimes I was so deeply indulged in my research that I forgot my meals and time. Now I have made great progress. Several of my research papers have been published. The methods proposed in my papers have been proven to be valuable for the solution of some problems. I am very happy.

The ladder of becoming a scientist is still far ahead but I have climbed the first rung anyway.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so weve come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense weve come to our nations capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked insufficient funds.

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, weve come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of gods children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negros legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

I want to help the sick and reduce their pain as much as I can. I want to bring a healthy body to the patients and save their lives as many as I can. I want to see people cured ,living happily with their families and friends after my treatment. So I want to be a doctor ,an angel in white.

When I become a doctor, I will cherish each life regardless of the races, sexes, ages, positions and occupations. I will do every bit to cure the incurable.

I already have a dream in my heart,so I have to make every effort to realize it.As a high school student now,I will seize every chance to study hard,arm myself with knowledge, prepare myself for the future and strive for my dreams. I will be determined, face the reality bravely and not surrender to any problems I meet.

大家上午好!

今年的3月-号是全国第--个中小学生安全教育日，今年活动的主题是“----”。围绕这一主题并结合各个学校实际情况，我提三点意见，与大家共勉：

首先，全市各级教育部门对安全工作高度重视，在公安、消防、卫生、食品安全等多个部门的支持和帮助下，目前学校广大师生的安全做到了可防、可控、可保障。但是需要进一步进行高标准严要求，通过更高标准来评价来排查，我们能清醒的看到部分学校还存在隐患，例如消防设施不符合要求，消防药品未及时更换，门卫流于形式，保安履行职责不认真，房屋手续不齐全等等。出现这些问题呢，我们学校领导班子要进行深刻反思，说明我们领导班子对安全工作还是重视不够、抓而不实造成的。因此我们作为当校长的，作为学校的领导班子，做好安全工作是第一要务。这项工作完成不好，一切的教育教学就无从谈起。所以必须要强化校长对安全工作基础性地位的认识，要做到两个“必须”。一是必须认真学习相关的法律规定。目前教育部下发的关于教育安全方面的法律法规约30余部，省市两级政府关于学校安全方面的规定和文件更多，这是我们做好学校安全工作的依据和准则。不仅所有班子成员，而且每个教职员工都应该对这些法律法规、政策要求认真学习，确保会用。二是大家必须要不断吸取教训，前车之鉴，后事之师。我们要做到四个看待。把过去的事故当作今天的`事故来看待，把别人的事故当作自己的事故来看待，把小事故当作大事故看待，把隐患当作事故看待。如果有这样的意识，我们才能做到安全重于一切。

第二个是希望大家切实布置广大师生安全防护的技能和素养不断提升。学校安全工作是一项不分学科、不分岗位、不分角色、不分领域的工作，希望大家共同参与共同完成。它应该是一个全员化、全过程、全方位渗透的长期工作，我们要特别注重立体化安络的构建，结合学校工作和学生特点，突出交通安全、食品安全、消防安全。拥挤踩踏、自然灾害、校园伤害以及心理健康、法制等所有涉及安全的常识和素养的培养和培训。今年，大家知道市教育局安排的重点工作中，有四项是关于安全方面的工作，这四项工作可以说贯穿全年，其中既有政策保障，又有机制措施，也有具体的项目，全市各学校一定要按照规定要求，将安全教育与工作落实，相互结合、相互促进，确保安全工作有效落实，争取不留死角，不留盲点。

最后，第三个方面，希望大家熟记各类安全隐患防控处置工作，能够实现零差错、零失误。第一要认真落实一岗双责的要求，一定要切实增强我们的全体教职员工安全意识，架起学校安全防控的网络，使校内安全隐患能够及时排查、及时发现，还是希望我们的学校要坚持日巡查制，日巡查、日排查，那么因具体责任人失误等情况所造成的安全事故，必定要承担责任，教育主管部门绝不姑息。第二要严格排查、处理事故的隐患，各中小学要以安全教育为契机，对校舍、交通、食品、用电等方面的安全进行一次全面排查，对发生的安全隐患要及时整改，进一步提高校园安全的防范能力。第三，一定要组织应急疏散演练，今天的现场会，一会儿我们要观摩郑州市实验高中的同学进行的一次火灾疏散演练，希望各学校要依据教育部今年印发的《中小学幼儿园应急疏散演练指南》来认真地去做，做好疏散演练的工作，还要主动联系消防部门组织一次全校范围的应急疏散演练，提高学校应急工作水平和学校学生的应急疏散能力，而且要使之常态化，制度化，长效化。

我们怎样才能从网络中找回自己呢?最重要的是家长，因为家长在孩子的身边的时候最多，家长应该多多正确的引导和监督，遇到问题与孩子多谈心好好沟通，其次，学校也应该多开展一些健康上网的活动，不仅娱乐而且还可以增长知识。我们也可以多参加一些有趣的活动，多读一些书。

你有听说过食品安全吗?我听说过，但是我很少关注过食品安全，总是忽略它。今天，我才知道食品安全对我们有多么重要。

今天，鹿城区食品安全监督管理局的阿姨和叔叔们过来给我们上食品安全课。只见那阿姨给我们每个人五六个杯子和试管，这些东西神圣不可侵犯，好像真的和这些食物的安全较上了劲。

阿姨教我们把那些食物剪成一小块，放入试杯里，并倒入半杯水，接着泡十分钟，为了不浪费时间，接下来我们来上课。

“同学们，你们认为食品是什么?”我在心里想：“食品是可以吃的东西”，有的人说：“可以吃的东西”，有的人说：“可以生吃或是可以煮熟吃的东西”。接着阿姨放到下一个图，六个醒目的大字：十大垃圾食品。我有点害怕，有些东西我经常吃呢!

十大垃圾食品有：加工类食品、油炸类食品、碳酸饮料、饼干、冰淇淋。这十大垃圾食品有着危害人类身体的风险。看完这些公告，我不免有点担心，这会不会影响我的健康呢?

阿姨告诉我们，不要去没有证件的地方买东西，例如学校旁边的小店买东西吃，最好去大商场买东西。

接下来是测验自己家的东西安不安全了。闻到了香菇的清香，看到了枸杞的红艳。不知“不安全”藏哪儿，“安全”藏哪儿。阿姨叫我们先搅拌，在用试管提取一些水，再让其他叔叔阿姨帮我们滴入“快速检测食品安全试剂”。

先提取香菇，不知道会怎么样，过了一会，试杯里的水由清水变成了醒目的紫色，这顿时让人心惊肉跳。我接着检测枸杞，几分钟后，没有变色，说明它是安全的。检测完所有的食品，除了枸杞，其它的食品都不安全呢!晚上得跟父母说了，告诉他们那些食品不安全，以后不要买那些不安全的食品。

今天这节课让我明白了食品安全很重要，不光有危害，还对人的身体有伤害，这让我受益匪浅。

在这次国庆八天长假中，在我身上发生了一件很危险的事。我去找表哥玩，在我走到一个十字路口时，不知哪来的一辆汽车突然从我身边飞驰而过，差点把我吓晕。那辆车停下来，车窗慢慢打开。一位叔叔说：“小朋友，没事吧!”顿时我一身冷汗，并迅速跑回了家，我准备好好反思反思。

在现实生活中关于安全方面的事故比比皆是，就拿这次国庆长假来说，据国家相关部门统计，全国公路车祸68422起，其中794人死亡，这种损失是惨重的。试想，如果我们每个人都能自觉学习和遵守安全法规，并落实到实际行动中去，那么小到学校的追逐摔伤，大到公路的连环撞车失去生命的事故就不会轻易发生了。

一、交通安全

冬季时有霜冻，路面易结冰，非常滑，有时还有大雾天气，加上冷空气，使人体关节的灵活性较差，反应也相对缓慢。所以在上学、放学路上要注意交通安全。骑自行车的同学要靠右行;不能并排骑行，更不能撒把骑行;通过路口或者横穿马路时要减速慢行;乘坐校车一定系好安全带，服从司机和照管员的管理;乘坐公交车，一定遵守秩序，不要打闹、喧哗，做文明青少年。为了自己和他人的安全，希望同学们一定要注意交通安全，自觉遵守交通法规。在此，我代表学校再次重申：不满12周岁严禁骑自行车上路，不满16周岁严禁骑电动车上路，更禁止骑车带人。

二、校内安全

在校内上体育课、课间活动时也要注意安全，不做危险的游戏，不追逐打闹。打扫卫生时，清洁用水不要滴撒在路面上，更不能随意乱倒。同学们上下楼梯要有序，切不可急步上下，要养成上下楼梯靠右行走的良好习惯，防止校园拥挤踩踏事故。(我们发现有些同学上下楼梯时一次踩两个台阶，这是非常危险的，希望以后不要有这种现象发生)。在下雨天，我们的教学楼、办公楼、食堂的台阶、楼梯都会很滑，请同学们在行走时务必轻脚慢步。

三、卫生防病

冬季是流感等传染病高发季节，同学们要做好预防措施，做好个人卫生，勤洗手、勤通风，在人多的公共场合带好口罩。在咳嗽和打喷嚏的时候请用纸巾捂住口鼻，并及时洗手;同时，天气寒冷，同学们要多添加衣物，不要为了所谓风度而挨冻受冷。重视饮食安全，不要购买、食用生冷的食品。现在，我们学校的初中部已经有了5例水痘，请同学们一定高度重视，严格学校的要求做，防止传染病继续传染。

四、消防安全

To the nature， overpopulation is a big problem. More people， more pollution. And the big population is threatening the nature every second.

The rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the worlds resources， its food， fuel and land， and cause the most pollution. A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the worlds resources than a baby born in India. Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land， food and fuel， and the future will bring poverty， misery and war to us all.

For most of the developing countries， it is a good idea to control the population growth. For example， China has carried out birth control for years. And this plan has a great effect on the world population.

If the population continues to increase， if the air and water continue to be polluted， if we dont do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. By protecting nature， we protect ourselves.

Lets unite together， hand in hand we stand all across the land.

We can make this world in which to live. Hand in hand. Control the population growth. Take good care of our nature.
