第一部分中国人学习英语的现状

每年中国人有上百万大学毕业生通过了国家的四级，六级考试，中国的大学生说：我这辈子英语算过关了，拿到了四级六级证书，他们到外资企业找工作，一进门，外国人问他的英语怎么样，他们就会说，我的英语很好，这是我的四级证书，这是我的六级证书，外国人就说，“不要让我看证书，你给我讲两句好不好，”我们的大学生就会说，不让我说英语，你给我两道最难的选择题吧，我做选择题很厉害，我保证能选对，我也最擅长用淘汰法a不对，b不知对不对c好象不对，d不对，一高兴就选择b，这叫自欺欺人.然后那个外国人就说，get out of here,你可以离开了，下一个.

只能做多项选择题的人最终会被社会淘汰。另外做选择题最可怕是：一句话里有五个单词我不会读，有三个单词意思都不懂，但是我能选对，因为前面有个to，那是动词不定式的标志，后面一定要跟动词原形!!

或者是前面是had better，后面一定跟动词原形，管它前面是什么。中国学生什么时候最激动，一听说是常考题的时候，是不是，好激动啊，老师，多给几个。让我们想想。用这个系统培养的学生能应付21世纪残酷的商业竞争吗，不！！！

至于中国大学生，我们来谈谈中国孩子。

现在小孩子很幸福.从四岁就开始学英语，辛苦学了五年，花了几千块钱还是不行，基本上就会讲两个单词banana ,apple 今年我在大连培训里的时候，有一位家长带一个9岁的小孩来咨询,这个孩子的妈妈一见到我，她就鼓励他：快给张辉老师说几句，这个小孩就跑到我的面前，对我说：

张辉老师，what’s your name?这是不是有点象弱智恢复训练：张辉，这是甚么，这是书吧。

我问他还会甚么，他就说：i’m a boy.有没有这样的神经病，我看起来是男的实际上是女的。

第二部分为什么中国人学不好英语

首先是中国人太爱面子了，中国人学习最怕丢脸，有一天在大街上看到外国人，心想我能外国说两句就好了，可是两条腿就是不向前去，我要是说错了怎么办，外国人会不会笑话我啊，我说错了，那不是很丢人啊，那么多难堪啊。再说，我又丑又不温柔。外国人会告诉我吗。但是现在，我想告诉你，你是最好的，你是最有希望的。

学习英语不需要面子，妹妹大胆的向前走，学习英语更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗话说“没脸没皮，所向无敌”。我就喜欢犯错误，喜欢丢人，哪儿人多我就到哪儿去丢人，记得我班同学说我是不是有点**，我就说：i like my style ,so what?

你必须爱犯错误，鼓励犯错误，并努力提前一天犯错误。

其次，中国人对学习英语抱怨太多。有人说我的记础不好，记忆力差。我没有语言天赋。

是不是学好英语一定要有天赋呢，是不是一定要有天赋才能把英语才成学好呢，我举一个简单的例子.就象开车，就象游泳，就象弹钢琴，如果你想成为一个游泳高手，应该怎么办就应该跳进游泳池里拼命地游.中国人怎么做呢，中国人就会到书店里买了很多关于游泳方面的书how to swim，然后去参加培训班，苦学十年拿到了游泳博士学位，然后充满的信心跳进长江，结果跳下去就没有了，最后连尸体都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，还有一个故事，一个游泳教练带着五十个一个班的同学，学习练习游泳，每次上课的时候都是教练奋不顾身跳下去，大都在旁边记笔记，老师游的很好，老师边游边说，记住哟，左手和右手的区别，记住要注意换气啊，老师换气原来是这么回事，老师真伟大，这象不象我们上课啊，同学们翻到第二页，第二页讲的是enjoy doing sth ，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。

再次，中国人的学习方法错了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中国人的智慧都被浪费在“无聊的语法分析”、“枯燥的单词记忆”、“自欺欺人的精读课文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的练习和考试”上了!

大家下午好!我今天演讲的题目是《无人需要的数字》。

爱尔兰作家伯明罕年轻时曾在一所乡村小学做过多年的`教师。那所学校既偏僻又破旧，校舍是由废弃的农场改造而成的，学生最多时也没过百，一片没有任何体育设施的空地是孩子们课间嬉戏玩耍的乐园。加上伯明罕，学校共有三名教师，这两名教师因为忍受不了学校的艰苦和荒凉，相继离开了学校，只留下伯明罕这唯一的教师兼校长坚守在学校。伯明罕有一颗爱孩子的心，将自己的所学所悟传授给一个个天真烂漫的学生，是他求之不得的事情。他吃住都在学校，环境恶劣，条件艰苦，除了学生，一年难得见到几个人，这些对他来说都不算什么，最令他受不了的是，每年他都得几次徒步40里地到当地的教育部门送各种报表。

有些报表在他看来纯属浪费时间，毫无一点用处。比如有一个报表要求每个学校每年报送一次校舍的面积，自从伯明罕来到这个乡村学校，校舍面积从来就没有过一平方米的增减。伯明罕有一次负气地拒送这张表格，没过多久，教育部门就派人光顾了这所几乎被人遗忘的学校，警告伯明罕说，如果再不按时报送他们所要求的各种报表，他们就将关闭这所学校。从那以后，伯明罕虽然心中充满不满，但再也不敢怠慢。前几年，伯明罕都是如实地填写那个不变的数字，表格送上去后就如同石沉大海，再无任何反应。这一年，伯明罕突发奇想，决定变化一下数字，他将校舍面积乘二以后得出的数字填在了报表上，报上去后仍然没有得到任何反馈。第二年，他将数字在上年的基础上又增加了一倍，仍然是没人理睬。此后数年，他都如法炮制，一次增加一倍，不断膨胀的数字丝毫没有引起教育部门的注意。直到有一年，伯明罕望着自己填写的数字，决定计算一下，如果自己的学校真有这么大面积校舍的话，那究竟有多大。计算出的结果令他大吃一惊，他上报的“学校”太大了，不仅远远大于圣保罗大教堂，而且远大于爱尔兰的任何一所学校，甚至还大于剑桥大学和牛津大学。伯明罕暗自猜测，校舍面积不断扩大符合教育官员的要求，所以虽然没有任何反馈，但也没人来学校找事。

如果将校舍面积缩小，教育部门会不会派人来查访呢?伯明罕将大得惊人的校舍面积缩小了一半报了上去，几个月过去了，仍然没人理睬。以后几年，伯明罕都成倍缩小数字，直到他告别学校，都没有见到教育官员的影子。伯明罕最终明白，他所上报的大大小小的数字，其实根本没有一个人会哪怕是心不在焉地瞄上一眼，没有人需要这个数字，他们需要的只是那张报表，不，他们连报表也不需要，需要报表的是流于形式的所谓的条款、规章、规定或制度。

多年以后，伯明罕在一篇文章中提到了这段经历，他说：“我渐渐认识到：条款、规章、规定或制度并不可恶，可恶的是那些随意制订并机械而刻板地使用它们的官员们。这段经历给我的最大帮助是，它让我实实在在、真真切切地领悟到了——什么叫形式主义，什么叫官僚?!”

你们好吗!站在这个舞台开讲，真的是很不简单，算是成功了哦。人都要有梦想，其实我跟大家一样，我觉得自己非常平凡，只是学了点音乐而已。学了这音乐呢，最后能够站在这个舞台演讲，也不容易啊。因为我没有考上大学，但是我却跟你们演讲，你们会不会觉得有点奇怪。方文山也才读过小学而已，不过他写的东西却能够到教材里面，这时候是不是应该给他点掌声。所以我觉得厉害的人，我觉得不平凡的人并不是书要念得多好。我觉得他要有一技之长，本身呢也要听妈妈的话，尊师重道。那时候她很希望我可以考上音乐系然后读大学。我大概考了两次，可能我不是读书的料，而且我又很爱打球，所以自己也不知道心里是怎么搞的。可能就有一种运动细胞吧。其实我现在讲的这些，都是我未来成功的一些关键。你想一想，年轻时候如果我是被好好的关在那边，我没有去学琴，我没有去打球，我现在怎么拍《功夫篮球》、《大灌篮》，是吧?那时候如果我没有学琴，我现在怎么拍《不能说的秘密》，对吧?那时候如果不喜欢看这些武术的电影，我怎么拍《青蜂侠》对吧?这些呢，都不是父母让你去学的，你是有自发性的，你喜欢这样的东西。所以我觉得人要有一技之长，比学历更重要。这些是我一直在跟小朋友讲的。

那讲到学生的阶段，今天是在学校嘛。其实我是个蛮爱面子的人，大家都看得出来，一个很好胜的人。我讲一个很简单的例子。搭公车，大家都有这样的经验，就是人很多的时候，被挤到最后，然后被公车们夹到。有没有这种感觉?但是我却是那种，痛!说不出来。因为前面坐着好几个学姐，我想说，等到下一站，反正公车门自动会打开，结果下一站，它竟然没有停下来，于是我就只好默默跟学姐说：“不好意思，你可不可以跟公车司机说一下，我的手被夹到了”。后来我想想，我觉得公车司机一定很纳闷，学姐她们一定很纳闷，为什么在第一站的时候不讲，在第二站，第三站的时候才说。这代表说我是一个很怎么样的人，很爱面子爱面子又好胜。但是我觉得这却帮助了我。在现在的演艺圈，现在的生活环境，告诉自己，绝对不能输，永远都要在第一。这时候应该来点掌声了，是吧?

我刚刚在讲这些我学生时代的生活，学生时代，那时候没考上大学，后来我就写歌了。在我还没有出道的时候，写着《蜗牛》这首歌，相信大家都听过吧。那时候，也算是蚁居，不是蚁居在天台，是蚁居在录音室，被吴宗宪给发掘。三天他希望我要写十几首歌曲，这是他给我的一个功课，他从里面挑选歌曲去用。所以那时候都很期待，自己的歌曲被录用了，你才有钱，你才可以回家去给爸妈。那时候我自己给自己一个期许，就是——一定要赚到钱，然后好好地让家人过好生活。这是我写歌的一个重点，其中是一个原因。另外一个原因是我觉得父母在我小的时候，花费太多太多的金钱、学费在让我学钢琴，所以我要弥补回去。那时候有个信念就是：不能让自己的父母失望。

在你的生活当中，你一个人，老实讲，有时候是走不下去的，因为我并没有兄弟姐妹，写歌的时候认识到刘畊宏，他在那时候已经是歌手了，而我还蚁居在他的录音室，他给我衣服穿，给我吃的，并没有给我车子，但是他却载我到处游玩，享受他的人生。然后带他的朋友给我认识。有一天吴宗宪说，“你这些歌好像都不错，但是好像没有人可以唱”公司签来另外一位音乐总监，杨峻荣，后来他听到我的歌，他说，你这些歌曲别人不用，干脆你自己唱唱看好了。然后那时候我有个念头：是当歌手吗?不可能吧。我没想那么多，我把自己的歌唱一唱。然后有一天，唱片公司的表演，有很多艺人，有很多大老板要来看。那时候我就很紧张，我不知道该唱什么歌曲。《黑色幽默》好了，当时真的是唱的《黑色幽默》，因为畊宏那时候就推荐我唱这首歌，这歌很有你的味道。你看以前的情歌都非常严肃，哪有这么奇怪的歌词，我说，但是来的唱片公司是老外，他听得懂吗?他跟我说“反正你唱得也不清楚，反正他也不知道你唱的什么，这个旋律好就好了”，我说，也对所以我第一遍唱完之后，台下完全没什么反应，我想说“这怎么回事”，畊宏说你唱得太小声了，后来我才知道，他们让我唱第二次是因为畊宏默默地跟工作人员说：再给我一次机会!第二次我就好好地唱，于是有机会发片了。

那时候第一首主打歌《可爱的女人》就这样出来了。当时同公司的师姐，徐若瑄来拍第一支的MV，那时候觉得蛮特别的是，这个师姐当时是女神，来拍MV，这是真的假的。当时会有这样的感觉。后来她竟然说，“可以教我弹钢筋吗?”我才发现，学钢琴是对的。当时写的歌曲是给其他的歌手唱，后来我第一张专辑的歌曲，几乎都是写给别人唱，别人不要的，我重新拿来唱。所以有了《双节棍》这些歌曲。所以我也很感谢当时没有用我的歌曲的那些歌手，现在不知道到哪里去了。开玩笑!我也不能停下来，我继续在往前走，为的是什么?为的是我的歌迷朋友们，你们没有看错人。

那时候出了几张唱片，然后去了几个颁奖典礼。慢慢你对于这个奖项，其实一开始非常地看重。谁不想得奖?又一次带着外婆去参加颁奖典礼。我觉得至少其中一项，上台可以讲话吧，可以感谢我的外婆。结果什么都没有，那时候，老实讲，非常地不爽。但是我没有表现在脸上，因为摄影机在拍你，你还是要很开心地很大气地为大家鼓掌。然后我就觉得，原来演艺圈是这么的虚假，于是我就把它写了一首歌曲叫《外婆》。《外婆》一方面我在攻击当天的不爽，为什么不让我得奖，让外婆难过。另外是觉得自己很不孝，所以写了打狗仔骂狗仔的歌曲《四面楚歌》。这些歌曲可能引起不了太多的共鸣，可能很多人没有遇到狗仔，很多人不知道狗仔这么讨厌。

慢慢地回归，我觉得必须要给一些正能量，所以我就没有再写这些有的没有的歌。写了《梦想启动》《稻香》。那时候我想，这么多歌手，我要怎么去不一样，所有欧美这些饶舌歌手，他们的歌词充满了暴力，他们的音乐很重，反差很大。我喜欢做反差很大的东西。那就是中国风了。中国风，老实讲特别难写，因为它有五声音阶，你要怎么样跟别人不一样，我就想：“我这种咬音嚼字不清，可不可以来中国风一下”于是先写了《东风破》，大家还熟悉吧。然后拍了《黄金甲》之后，也感谢张艺谋导演，说“我有听过你的这个《东风破》，不然来一个跟这个《黄金甲》有关的，你觉得怎么样?”那时候写了两首歌，一个是《黄金甲》，大家肯定没听过，大家听到的都是《菊花台》。果然张导比较喜欢《菊花台》，所以用它做了片尾曲，这歌也让很多朋友的爸爸妈妈也认识我，因此我也遇到很多4、50岁，5、60岁，还有很多老奶奶，说，我喜欢听你的《菊花台》。我才知道原来听我的歌的年龄层次这么广泛.以我终于找到自己的特色，每张专辑要有中国风。

所以对一个歌手来讲，你看累不累，其实非常累，因为你要想很多，然后你写10首歌曲，你要拍10首的MV。因为我在写每首歌曲的时候，我的画面已经在脑子里，所以我必须把它拍出来。交给别人来拍，不信任别人，这就是我自己相信自己的地方。先拍了第一支MV，但是是拿我的师弟当做白老鼠来试验一下，拍完MV我看一下，好像不错，我才来拍自己的MV，于是我拍了第一支MV，第二支MV，第十支MV……到现在累计我觉得应该有七八十支MV。

可是MV呢，其实都是一个经验，为什么?因为我想当导演。所以我不断地在练习，这MV当中有好的有不好的，你们觉得怎么样?其实你们现在还是学生时代，我现在讲是不是太远了?我觉得不会，因为你们要考虑到未来。所以我才会写一首歌叫《听妈妈的话》，告诉从前的自己，因为那时候很喜欢周润发，周润发拍了一部片子叫《赌神》，那也是为什么我喜欢变魔术的原因，所以我写了一首歌，从未来告诉以前的自己，你会遇到周润发，因为他会演《黄金甲》，当上了你爸爸，所以赌神未来会是你爸爸。懂了吧?懂了哈。

那时候听的流行歌曲，张学友的歌，其实我听流行歌曲就是从《吻别》开始，我就说，有一天我一定要写歌给他，果然张学友唱了我的歌曲。而且还跟他一起同台表演，我就代表说，自己不平凡了。这些都是我在音乐的领域，我觉得自己成功了。

在电影方面呢，拍了《不能说的秘密》，我就在想，怎么样的爱情可以变得不一样。然后穿梭时空的这个电影情节非常特别，所以我利用钢琴的速度来想象成时光机，所以我觉得人要有想象力，因为很多人想我天马行空的乱想东西，其实到时候做出来，大家会吓一跳，这些工作人员往往会觉得：“什么?讲到剧本我觉得很奇怪，怎么钢琴弹得快会变成时光机”。拍出来，大家是不是吓一跳了?

二、谈工作

3.每一个企业都有它自己存在的理由，这个企业到底为什么存在?或者说这个企业的使命是什么?百度的使命不是纯粹为了赚钱，更多的是为了让这个世界变得更美好。我相信百度的四万多名员工，他们每天之所以那么辛苦工作，不仅仅是因为他可以挣到一份工资，更应该是他跟他的那些同事一起，通过他们不懈的努力，不断地改变着这个社会，改变着人们的生活，他从这里找到了成就感。

4.当你的工作，能够跟每一个你周边的普通人有着非常密切的联系，每个人都可以很容易跟你找到共同语言的时候，你就知道你做的并不是一份简单的工作，你不是在打工，不只是在简单地挣钱，而是在改变着这个社会，改变着人们的生活。

5.一般而言，我主要的关注点是项目好不好，而不是环境好不好。

三、谈机遇

6.现在整个社会环境发生了变化，90后没有那么多人想去当官了。你们这一代人有更多的机会进入企业界，进入一个真正靠自由竞争，靠市场的力量角逐你的能力，判断你的贡献的时代。在这样的时代，你们的创新一定会超过上一代人，所以你们很幸运，你们有很多很多机会。

7.我们现在处在一个非常好的时代，有时我想，这就是一个magictime，一个魔幻般的时代。对于我们这一代人来说，()我们见证到了人工智能、机器学习、以及很多相关的技术，终于从理论走到了实践，有了实用价值，所以我们这一代人可做的东西非常多。我们一起通过创新、技术来改变互联网、改变中国，改变全世界。

8.其实我们这一代人，包括我和你们，都赶上了很好的时代，中国国力日渐强盛，现在是全球第二大经济体，而且在非常高速地增长。我们生活在了一个充满机会的，有很多创新的时代，我们不要辜负这样一个好的机会，而是要通过我们的努力在历史上留下我们的身影，留下我们的足迹。

四、谈价值观和理想

9.很多时候，只有当大家的价值观相同，或者比较相似的时候呢，事情一谈就能够谈定，而且可以一起做很多很有意义的事情。

Today, I would like to share with you my experience of celebrating China’s National Day, which is also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival. As a Chinese citizen, I feel extremely proud of this special day, which is observed on October 1st every year to commemorate the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

As a child, National Day was always a special time for me, as it meant a two-week-long holiday and an opportunity to spend time with my family. My parents would take me to visit my grandparents, and we would all go out to enjoy different activities and events. One of the highlights of National Day for me was always the parades and fireworks. I remember standing in awe as I watched the colorful floats, marching bands, and military troops pass by. The sound of the marching drums and the cheers of the spectators filled the air, and I felt a great sense of pride in my country.

Another important tradition for National Day is the ceremonial raising of the national flag in Tiananmen Square. This event is held on the morning of October 1st and is attended by thousands of people, including government officials and representatives from all walks of life.
