一、砥砺德行，修身为上

At a large company, the sales department would talk to clients, and I would be stuck in the same boring routine every day with less responsibility. I might less in touch with what the clients wanted if my responsibilities were limited to programming.

I crave excitement, so the idea of working for a small company particularly suits me. While working at a large company can offer more job security, workers dont usually get any of the annual profits. But if you work for a small company, profits are more likely to be shared at the end of the year. This means that the harder you work, the more potential there is to make a large amount of money. It is also especially gratifying when you can see how your hard work helped to build or save the company, a feeling of accomplishment that is difficult to attain when working in a large company.Finally, working together in a small company creates a sense of special closeness between colleagues. You have to both trust and depend on each other for everything. I received a devastating blow to my self-confidence in the first interview of my college years. I applied to be a host in our Student Acting Troupe and felt confident that I would be accepted. But one of the panel members told me: You seem inadequate and you are a little vertically-challenged. My life has never been the same since. I used bigger heels to complement my height and psychological maneuvers and tricks to hide my lack of confidence. But no matter how hard I tried to look the part, there was still something missing.

As president of English Club, I organized the rehearsal of Snow White for an English party. Unfortunately, we could not find an actor to be the last dwarf. It had to be someone who was humorous by nature and fluent in English. Suddenly, all eyes turned to me, and I knew I would have to be the dwarf. To my great surprise and delight, once on stage, I was totally absorbed in the performance and my humorous nature was put to full use. As the dwarf, I was a big hit.

Yes, each of us is only one among millions of others, but each of us is an individual and each of us is unique. Cultivating our individuality will transform our lives, making of them a kaleidoscope of new colors and textures.

A world deprived of diversity would be a bland and boring place. The real tragedy is not being short or shy or ugly, but having your identity lost in a world in which everyone is a clone of a model cool boy or a flawless charming girl.

Given a choice, I would rather be ugly than live in such a world. Id rather be a genuine dwarf accompanying a Snow White than be a Snow White among nothing but Snow Whites. I would rather be myself. I would contribute my individual and unique colors to create a more diverse universe. Please, be yourself.

“把我们班的建设成为二中最美的班级”这是我对班级文化建设的期许。我要让学生在这样一个有着浓厚文化氛围的班级环境中，庸俗、懒惰、品德低下的学生觉得不好意思。《人性的弱点》中有这样一句话，人是群居性动物，有普遍的从众心里。大家都很高雅，你好意思庸俗吗?不好意思。大家都很勤奋，你好意思懒惰吗?不好意思。班级文化是一个范畴很大的概念，我主要做了以下几点

1、细心布置营造，让墙壁会“说话”我们班教室前、后黑板上方从高一到高三悬挂了多条不同的名言条幅来营造学习的氛围，激励同学们不断地拼搏、进取。在教室的左后面墙壁的空白处悬挂中国地图和世界地图，让学生了解最基本的地理知识，对文科班的学生有好处。教室右后面的墙壁上则是奖状区和学习园地区，努力成果一一展现，看到张贴的奖状可以增进学生的集体荣誉感，激发大家热爱班级的情感，从而增强集体的凝聚力和向心力。

2、利用门贴，让文字来改造人!有些学生进出教室关门的声音比较大，影响了学习质量，为了改变这个现象，我们设计门贴，外面是：请进!请静!!门内是：轻声关门!发现贴了门标语后，那些老是忘记而关门很重的人，现在轻声关门了。

3、考虑到学生有强烈的表现欲，利用前黑板，让学生写“一日寄语”等，展示自己的才华，增强相互的沟通。利用后黑板，让学生写“每日一题”把自己学习中碰到的难题，好题写上去，并轮流讲解，提高学生的自信心与参与度。

4、从高一就建立班级图书角，书籍五花八门，有学生提供的各种课外读物，也有任课老师提供的好的学习资料，也有我赞助买的读者，意林，站着上北大等，开拓了孩子们的视野，丰富了他们的内心世界。

5、学生适当集资，班主任赞助我们班购买了篮球，跳绳，鸡毛毽子，乒乓球、羽毛球拍等体育用品，丰富孩子们的课余生活，在推广劳逸结合的同时也增强了孩子们的相互协作与沟通。人性化的管理让学生倍感温暖。

三、严格要求、以身作则、勤字为先。

苏霍姆林斯基说过：“人只能由人来建树。”而学生又具有极强的模仿性，所以与学生朝夕相处的班主任，那一言一行，一颦一笑，往往都在潜移默化中最直接最生动地影响着学生。因此，为了使规范的学习和卫生习惯更踏实地落实到实处，我就以“我也是班集体中的一员”的身份加入到班级队伍中去。要求学生做到的，老师首先做到。早上7：00准时出现在教室门口，周日晚自习在教室安安静看书备课，认认真真批改试卷，从高一开始要求学生每天做5道课本及练习册以外的数学题，那我就每周周日晚自习及时逐一检查，按时打扫办公室卫生并保持自己的办公桌整洁等，给学生做好榜样!为加强班级管理工作，我每天至少做到“五跟班”：即上早读，上早操，上午第一节课前，下午上课前，上晚自习前，努力做到从早到晚和学生在一起。不仅这些固定的时间要进班，还要不定时的进班。比如说课间休息时、自习课时等。这样即在学生的意料之中又在其意料之外出现在学生面前，才能及时发现问题，更好的了解学生，把握学生思想脉膊，掌握第一手材料，从实际出发，有效地组织教育过程，实现班级工作科学化、规范化，达到预期目的。由于抓的较紧，班上有的学生跟别的老师或同学交流时就说我跟幽灵一样，总是无声无息的在不经意间出现在教室里。但是我想：我在班上多呆一分钟，学生就会少闹一分钟，我多待一分钟，学生就能多静一分钟，我多呆一分钟学生就可以多学一分钟。

对于学生而言，做他们的班主任，我觉得必须做到以下三条：

(一)责任感，我要真心实意的喜欢他们;

(二)时间，我要花得起时间陪着他们，陪他们学习，陪他们高考!我们班高考考场在南街小学，咱们学校就我一个人带队，每次下考前我就早早的站在南小的南北教学楼中间的空地上等我们的孩子，让他们一出考场就看到我的守护，今年的教师节我们班一位特别腼腆的女生给我发短信说“老师，你知道吗，六月6、7号那俩天你的身影一直定格在我的脑海里，谢谢你一直陪着我们，温暖着我们!

A true friend is a person who can be turned to, who is ready to lend a listening ear, who is willing to share feelings.

Friendship should be mutual, otherwise it will be subject to withering like plant in drought. Like genuine love, true friendship has to be a two way experience. Be it the former or the latter, if one expects to be solely on the receiving end, then s/he will be too optimistic about it: it is hoping against hope that it will last. Love or friendship of this kind is dangerous, as it is contaminated by the dark matter in human nature – selfishness.

Not infrequently does friendship need to be cared and tended, fostered and nourished, so that it will “stand at every crossroad, so good and strong and true”.
