在西藏，有一位名叫次仁曲珍的99岁的老奶奶，她每天都坚持在家门口升降国旗，许多人都对她的行为感到不解，甚至误以为是老人的精神出了问题，却不知老人正是用这种方式表达对祖国的一片深情。在旧日的西藏，老人的姑姑受地主所迫，因不堪重负坠入悬崖，她的丈夫也在压迫中死去，从此她便孤身一人。直到1959年，西藏百万农奴解放了!老人的生活也发生了巨大变化，1965年的国庆节，她收到了一份对她而言比珍宝更珍贵的礼物——五星红旗。从此即使没有国歌伴奏，没有正规的旗杆她还是每天按时升降国旗，并在旗杆上涂抹上代表吉祥的酥油，来表达对祖国的挚爱和祝福。526个月、15780天，整整45年。老人用这种方式表达着纯朴的爱。

说起升国旗就不得不提起国旗护卫队，在护卫队中有一个铁人班长，他叫苏星。在一次执行任务的过程中，有一颗铁钉穿透了他的马靴刺进了右脚心，但他硬是走过金水桥，走过长安街，走完了光荣的138步，完成了升旗任务，从此他被称为铁人。“升好祖国第一旗，凝聚千万爱国心。”是他们对祖国的。

爱国旗，就是爱祖国。作为青少年的我们是祖国未来的希望，对祖国我们自豪更有责任，我们要让国家更富强，国旗更鲜艳。暂不说经纶满腹后为祖国的建设奉献力量，为国力的增强建功立业。只说我们现在，认真读书，不断创新和提高就是对祖国的报答、最真切的爱!

Deforestation removes old growth trees that cant be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they cant recover. There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners cant keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?

But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.

What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. The adults often say “The body is capital.” But why are they able to make woollen cloth like this ? Does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life ?

Schoolmates, we are the host of society tomorrow . It’s our duty to improve and build the safe invironment.

Compared with the forty year old shabby dormitory I am living in now, the one I lived in for three years in high school was heaven: three students shared one brand new suite with air conditioners and a bathroom.

In three years time we changed it thoroughly:the color of the floor turned from bright pink into muddy gray, and the closet a hive of insects proliferating among piles of rotten fruit.And our masterpiece was the bathroom, a never drying swamp which served as the habitat of various kinds of mold, and even rodents, rats would occasionally take the trouble to pay us a visit, and.., all three of us felt like sobbing when we at last had to say good bye to our lovely filthy dormitory. Maybe it is because that the dormitory had changed us as well as wed changed it.

The first lesson our dormitory taught us was to look after ourselves. Frankly speaking, we were not good students at all. I still remember the underwear that was soaked in soapy water for one and a half years before it was finally thrown away. Almost each of the boys dormitories had gradually developed its own unique fragrance usually a mixture of rotten fruit, unwashed socks, stunk towels and some junk food. We could tell one dormitory from another by sniffing instead of looking. Our tolerance towards untidiness was amazing.

However, in spite of all this, we really did make some progress. Bit by bit, we started to wash dirty clothes before they stunk, cleaned the garbage bin when it could hold no more trash, we even used brushes in a not-sc-successful attempt to refurbish the floor. The point was that we were not obeying any order, we did every bit of the cleaning for ourselves, because we wanted to live in a better place. Though nothing we did could be called an achievement, it was the first time we fully bore the consequences of our behavior, and took the responsibility.

Thus it was not surprising that I often found myself the only one to clean up my university dormitory which looked no better than a garbage bin when my roommates felt normal of it.

When talking about our dormitory life, and probably all the dormitory life, we should never leave out one thing. This was what we called bed talks. Though it was considered illegal,there was nothing to stop us from deliberately starting a heated discussion right after lights were out. It was our favorite and the only way of ending our day, and we were as punctual for it as our parents are for work. What was the most common topic?Girls, of course! What other topics were there for three energetic adolescent males lying comfortably in bed? We judged them,ranked them, argued over them night after night without feeling the slightest sense of boredom for three whole years. Were we

maniacs? Who is not a maniac at eighteen?

而随着现代社会的发展，清明节这类产生于农耕文化下的传统节日逐渐失去了产生时的文化背景，在现在的年轻人眼中可能只是一种形式而已。

其实，清明节在古时有众多的传说和活动。比如古时清明前一天为“寒食节”，相传春秋时期晋文公悼念介子推“割股充饥”一事，后逐渐清明节寒食节合而为一。唐代扫墓日期一般在寒食节，宋代后才移到清明。清明节时的活动也有扫墓、踏青、荡秋千、蹴鞠、植树、放风筝等。尤其是放风筝，传统清明节时期，人们不仅白天放，夜间也放。夜里的风筝上挂上一串串彩色的小灯笼，被称为“神灯”。有些人还把风筝放上天后，便剪断牵线，任凭清风把它们送往天涯海角。

现代的清明节也颇有特色。在上海，每年3月份就开始了大规模的扫墓踏青活动并且将一直持续到4月份。上海清明节时有吃青团的风俗。蒸熟出笼的青团色泽鲜绿，香气扑鼻，是本地清明节最有特色的节令食品。

不但我国有清明节，世界上其他国家也有类似于“清明节”的节日，例如日本的盂兰盆节，机关企事业放假三天，让远离家乡的人能够回乡祭祀。波兰的“亡人节”更是全家出动，长者点烛，孩子敬献，以教育后代不忘祖先。

清明节有许多习俗上要准备的祭品都有其意义，像吃韭菜(代表长长久久)、吃年糕(代表步步高升)等。另外在祭拜的习俗中有一个最特别的，那就是“挂纸”。大家去扫墓时，一定有看过家中长辈把一张张长方形的五色纸压在墓上，到底是为什么呢?原来这和汉朝皇帝刘邦有关。在刘邦未当上皇帝之前，他一直在外打仗，因此无法回家乡扫墓，他当上皇帝后，当他要回去扫墓时却找不到父母的墓碑，所以他就把一张纸撕成许多小纸片，撒到空中，想借此找出父母的墓，结果有其中一张落在一座墓碑，不论风怎么吹都吹不走，他朝着墓碑走近一看，果然是他父母的墓，所以之后每年刘邦扫墓时都会压一张纸片在墓碑上，后来，大家效法皇帝，久而久之，这就演变成一种习俗了。不过，现在的意义逐渐演变成为祖先的居住添加新瓦，与之前大大不同。

每年我们全家人当然也有去扫墓啰!我印象最深刻的是有一年清明节，我们到了墓地之后，才发现没有带扫把，只好拿四周的叶子来扫，打扫的很辛苦;扫好墓要回去时，我还跌到别人的墓上呢!吓了我一大跳，之后我去扫墓时走路都会特别小心。

我觉得清明节对我们中国人意义重大，扫墓则是代表我们对祖先的尊敬。在这天，我们要多说好话，才能把心中的诚意表现出来哟!

还记得有一次，一群人浩浩荡荡到了纳骨塔，摆好祭品后，由爸爸主祭“博杯”请祖父出来享用，可是怎么请都是“笑杯”，正不知如何是好时，叔叔突然额头一拍，大叫说：“啊!门没开啦!”，原来是放置祖父骨灰的门，在大家慌乱中忘了开门，祖父出不来嘛!开完门，爸爸再请示一次，当然这是就得到“圣杯”了，七上八下的心也放下了，大家你看我，我看你，笑得合不拢嘴，也为这肃穆的地方增添些许人气。

清明祭祖，让人追思先人外，更应珍惜当下，古人说：“祭之丰不如养之厚也。”这句话让我深深觉得，当父母还在世的时候，就应该善尽孝道，不要等到父母去世后，再多的后悔都来不及了!

这首诗提到了我国一个很重要的传统节日——(清明节)。你们知道今年的清明节是几月几日吗?清明，既是我国的二十四节气之一，又是我国最重要的祭祀节日，是祭祖和扫墓的日子。按照旧的习俗，扫墓时，人们要携带酒食果品、纸钱等到墓地，将食物供祭在先人墓前，再将纸钱焚化，为坟墓培上新土，折几枝嫩绿的新枝插在坟上，然后叩头行礼祭拜。我们刚才所说的《清明》这首诗所描写的就是古人对祭奠先人的传统节日——清明节的写照。

关于清明节的起源，有这样一个传说：

春秋时期，晋献公的儿子重耳为了躲避迫害，逃亡国外。逃亡期间，他的臣子介子推一直忠心耿耿地跟随他。有一天，重耳逃到一个荒无人烟的地方，饿得连站起来的力气都没了。介子推见状，跑到远处，用匕首从自己的大腿上割了一块肉，煮成肉汤，让重耳喝了。重耳这才恢复了精神。19年后，重耳回晋国做了国君，史称晋文公。他对曾经与他同甘共苦的臣子大加奖赏，却忘了介子推。介子推很伤心，于是背着老母亲躲进了绵山。晋文公命令军队上山搜索，但是没有找到人。于是有人建议：放火烧山，三面点火，留下一方，介子推是孝子，为顾及母亲安危，一定会走出来的。晋文公就下令放火烧山，大火烧了三天三夜，始终不见介子推出来。上山一看，介子推母子俩死在一棵烧焦的大柳树旁。晋文公见状，对着介子推的尸体哭拜一阵。把母子俩安葬在那棵烧焦的大柳树下。

第二年，晋文公与群臣去绵山祭奠。看到那棵老柳树复活了，晋文公走到树前，折下柳枝，编了一个圈儿戴在头上。群臣见了，也都学着折柳插头。祭扫后，晋文公把复活的老柳树赐名为“清明柳”，又把这天定为清明节，民间也就有了清明插柳的习俗。

到唐朝时，政府将清明节定为国家假日，每年的此时，宫廷就会放假，官府、学校就会休息。唐以后，宋元明清都将清明节定为假日。今年我国又恢复了这一传统。清明节的习俗是丰富有趣的，除了讲究禁火、扫墓，古代还有踏青、荡秋千、打马球、放风筝、插柳等一系列风俗体育活动，其中多数保留至今。

清明节至今已有两千五百多年的历史了。每年的清明，人们都会从五湖四海纷纷赶到自己先人的陵墓前，献上一束鲜花，洒下一壶热酒，表达对先人的感激之情。

而随着现代社会的发展，清明节这类产生于农耕文化下的传统节日逐渐失去了产生时的文化背景，在现在的年轻人眼中可能只是一种形式而已。

其实，清明节在古时有众多的传说和活动。唐代扫墓日期一般在寒食节，宋代后才移到清明。清明节时的活动也有扫墓、踏青、荡秋千、蹴鞠、植树、放风筝等。尤其是放风筝，传统清明节时期，人们不仅白天放，夜间也放。夜里的风筝上挂上一串串彩色的小灯笼，被称为“神灯”。有些人还把风筝放上天后，便剪断牵线，任凭清风把它们送往天涯海角。

现代的清明节也颇有特色。在上海，每年3月份就开始了大规模的扫墓踏青活动并且将一直持续到4月份。上海清明节时有吃青团的风俗。蒸熟出笼的青团色泽鲜绿，香气扑鼻，是本地清明节最有特色的节令食品。

不但我国有清明节，世界上其他国家也有类似于“清明节”的节日，例如日本的盂兰盆节，机关企事业放假三天，让远离家乡的人能够回乡祭祀。波兰的“亡人节”更是全家出动，长者点烛，孩子敬献，以教育后代不忘祖先。
